When I was researching companies to use, Nv Environmental’s website noted that they provide an inspection without alarm, and that really was true. Ian was so professional yet did not create any hype or panic when describing what work I needed to have done. It was so nice to have his expertise, and after we had the mold remediation work done from one of his awesome recommended companies, he and that company worked together to schedule the testing and containment removal. I wasn’t happy about our home’s prior owners’ handling of inadequately sealing (“abandoning”) a pipe which was what caused the slow leak and mold, but I WAS really pleased with being able to get the situation analyzed and solved without much stress and without spending a fortune.
