Highly recommended! They were able to squeeze us in for a mold inspection appointment the very next day. Jon, the office manager, was very nice and responsive on the phone. Ian, the inspector, arrived early for the inspection, seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. and was prompt in sending his report. Best of all, the price was less than the other places I called.
Updated to add: The house we had Ian inspect fell through and we’re now in the process of buying a different house. Unfortunately, Ian wasn’t available to do the inspection and we had to hire another mold specialist that had come highly recommended. While very nice, the second specialist was more expensive and didn’t seem to be nearly as thorough.
